Landlords Gas Safety

It is a legal requirement by law that landlords must have all gas appliances serviced Yearly by a Gas Safe Registered Engineer and hold a valid Gas Safety Certificate.

We Work closely with landlords home or away/and letting/property management companies and understand the importance of tenant safety protecting them from Harmful carbon monoxide emissions and gas leaks.

To complete a gas safety certificate all appliances and flues must be serviced and safety tested, visually inspecting all gas pipework and fittings also a test is carried out on the gas meter test point to ensure all gas pipework and appliances are gas tight.

Upon completion a Gas Safety Certificate is issued to all parties.
